For Competition

The last date for submitting the artwork entries by email is 25 June 2021* for the international online art competition.

The result of the international online art competition will be declared in the month of June 2021*.

The result will be uploaded on the website.

and fill the form > Submit !

PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION PROCESS FOR ART EXHIBITION, ONLINE EXHIBITION AND ART FAIR /FESTIVAL -

For participation confirmation You have to write this language in your hand writing with signature , date and fee transaction reciept number. Then click a pic and email us on absolutearts.in@gmail.com on same date .

"i hereby declare that i ( Name). Read , Understand and Agree with all terms & conditions of ( Group art exhibition name ) curated by ( curator name ). "

Without send self declaration picture participation will not be confirmed.

PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION PROCESS FOR ONLINE COMPETITION -

"i hereby declare that i ( Name ). Read , Understand and Agree with all terms & conditions of (online Competition name ) Organised by ( Organiser name ).

REFUND POLICY OF ALL EXHIBITION OR ONLINE EXHIBITION OR INTERNATIONAL ART EXHIBITION -

Registration fess is NON-REFUNDABLE for all type exhibitions.

The advance booking/registration amount will not be refunded in any case.

Or

Service cost / Registration fees / Participation fees / Advance fees / Installment fees are NON - REFUNDABLE .

If participant not submit self declaration after submit the advance amount or Intallment amount or Full amount . It will be consider that participant is agree with all terms & conditions of the exhibition.

REFUND POLICY OF ALL COMPETITION -

There will be NO REFUND in any case .

CANCELLATION / POSPTPOND POLICY OF ALL COMPETITION -

Absolutearts.in (organizer) has a right to cancel or postponed his event. None of any participant can request him to modify the date and cancel the show.
Absolutearts.in ( organizer) is not responsible for unavoidable situations or deed of god or any technical problem etc.

REFUND POLICY OF ALL ART FAIR OR ART FESTIVAL -

100% FEES REFUND only possible after cancellation of booking under one week from the date of booking .

NO FEES REFUND in any case after one week of Booking date .

The advance booking/registration amount will not be refunded in any case.

REFUND POLICY OF ARTBOOK PROJECT FEES -

NO REFUND IN ANY CASE .
Absolutearts.in has a right to cancel or postponed or modify this project . None of any participant can request him to modification and cancel the project .
Absolutearts.in is not responsible for unavoidable situations or deed of god etc.
Token or advance or installment amount will not be refunded.

POLICY FOR PRIZE MONEY / WINNING AMOUNT

Prize money / Winning amount will be transferred to the winner ( participant ) account or google pay or other detail demand by the organizer for transfer the amount. ( if cash prize )
The prize money will transfer to the winner ( participant ) account on only the given date by the organizer.
If the winner ( participant ) is minor then the amount will be transferred to the winner guardian ( mother, father, etc. )
If the winner ( participant ) did not provide correct bank/google pay or other detail then we ( absolutearts.in ) and Organizer are not responsible for that, we will not transfer the winning amount again.
If the winner ( participant ) or guardian did not provide a bank or other details for transfer prize money on the given date by the organizer then your prize money will be forfeited by the organizer.
Once prize money is forfeited, we ( absolutearts.in and organizer ) will not send you again in any case.

For Artist Registration

ARTIST REGISTRATION

NOTE -

All disputes are in Rajasthan high court only.
The decision of the jury panel for online art competition will be treated final without any question.
We ( absolutearts.in ) has a right to update or change the terms and conditions of the all type event ( like exhibition , online exhibition , art festival , online art festival , art competition , online art competition , workshops and online workshops etc. ) at anytime .
50 Rs. charge for issue a duplicate digital certificate and 100 Rs. charge for issue for duplicate hard copy of certificate.
We do not take any guarantee of sale .
we don't allow copy artwork in our exhibition , if any artist display any copywork if that work not in our knowledge than we are not responsible for any dispute. ( copyright owner and copy work artist is responsible )
if you already pay the registration fee, but did not provide self declaration before deadline date whether its verbal or written in event detail or notification for submission of details and documnets for any event ( art competition ,art exhibition) in which you participate then your fees amount will be forfeited and your participation will be cancel.
No Catalogue and No promotional banner for late entire in online exhibition or online competition .
lost and damaged artwork/artworks due to courier is not our responsibility in any way either you ship to us or we ship back to you, your artwork/artworks.

your registration details can be use for give you Free participation - given or not to given is 100% deciding by absolutearts.in team.
Info you given in registration form can be use for contact you, aware you of our upcoming events.
Free participation given on the basis of event, artist profile and work style.
If artworks are sold out from our event we will take 30% commission. (for free participation artists)
If we need artist for commission work we will sort list artist and contact you.

For Offline OR Online Solo Show Registration

Registration form submission is not a final confirmation of offline or online solo show with absolutearts.in
Participation is confirmed after get full registration fees.
Info you given in registration form can be use for contact you, aware you about the estimate of show.
If artworks are sold out from our offline solo art exhibition , we will take 30% commission.
Artist bear all type expenses regarding pickup and drop of artwork to gallery for offline solo art exhibition.
We are not responsible for any damage of artwork during display.
